The American Ratings Corporation, known as "Diamond Certified", has rated Altera Design as one of the best kitchen and bath firms in the Bay Area. The organization carefully scrutinized Altera Design and Remodeling, reviewing the company's licenses and insurances, surveying nearly 100 past clients and certifying that no complaints have been filed with the State or Better Business Bureau. Altera Design proudly earned a remarkable 96 percent approval rating, demonstrating an exceptionally high level of quality and customer service. Quarterly monitoring assures that Altera Design provides top-notch service and upholds the strict "Diamond Certified" service guidelines.
The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) has selected Altera Design & Remodeling as the recipient of two prestigious national awards for design (the Oscars of the kitchen and bath industry.) Altera Design has both a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) and Certified Bathroom Designer (CBD) to give customers the ultimate in creative quality kitchen and bath design. Certifications from the NKBA's Society of Certified Designers are based on comprehensive written exams and extensive industry experience.
